Dungeons are now live, although they are still a bit of a work in progress.  Information about them can be found under "World>Encyclopedia>Feature Guides".

Users can request their own dungeons too, and can explore any dungeons which exist for loot, including, soon, special dungeon-exclusive frames.  There will also be dungeon-exclusive pets and other rewards.
